How to get a defective item replaced?
Product Damaged in Transit or Product not working
In case the product received is in damaged condition or the product is not working, you have to call EEE (E-Guard) Customer care 0120-6256125 between 10 AM to 6 PM or write to us at eguard@eeesystemcontrol.com, marketing@eeesystemcontrol.com, eeesystemcontrol@gmail.com, within 24 hours of the receipt of the product to register your complaint. Our service team will examine the delivered product and if the product is beyond correction then we will collect the damaged product with all inbox & accessories and you will be delivered a new product accordingly.
Product Receipt and Acceptance Confirmation Process
Please ensure that the Customer inspects the shipment as soon as you accept it from the courier or any transport service. In case of any physical damage of packaging to the outer or inner side, either refuse to accept the delivery or accept the delivery only after mentioning a suitable remark on the proof of delivery receipt document. EEE (E-Guard) and its associates retain the right to withhold a refund/replacement of the damaged product if you fail to put a note about the nature of the damage on the courier or bill receipt confirmation slip.
Apart from the condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this replacement policy.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the packaging box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
- Any product without a valid, untampered, unreadable serial number or barcode, with missing, damaged, altered, products.
Cancellation Policy
When can you cancel the order?
- You can cancel an order only till the time the order is not shipped. Order cancellation will not be allowed after the shipment of the order.
- There will be no cancellation charges or processing fees for the customer upon order cancellation
When do you get a refund for the canceled order
- If the payment was by Credit/Debit Card/net banking and Digital Wallets, we will refund the money to your respective payment account. Typically refunds are processed within 10 working days after the order is marked as cancelled.
- Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure a refund to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side, there is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
